DISTRIBUŢIA ŞI ROLUL FIZIOLOGIC AL ACIZILOR GRAŞI DIN LAPTE
Abstract
Fatty acids represents the major fraction of fat from milk. The fatty acids are having special biological properties. More that that, 50% from the fatty acid of milk, including bovine, are comming directly from diets. The fat complex is relative constant in content and composition of the milk. Because of the study of fat we canhave important information for human diet, by evaluating the fatty acids from dairy milky products. The information are more important because of new researches which are orientated in the direction of the new components of the milk with benefit of human healthy (Adela Pintea, 2005).The papers published in the journal are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License, which permits unrestricted, non-commercial use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the work is properly cited.
