Abstract


The biological role of the mammary gland is carried out from its secretion products, colostrum and milk, products that are indispensable for calf feeding, at least in the first period of his life. Because of its capacity of synthesize big quantity of glucide, fat and protein with biological value, the mammary gland has had a social and economical special importance because the humanity continue to remain dependent on fedding with milk even though the development of the alimentary manufacture at extraordinary performances until in the present. That is why, the physiology of lactation is representing an area with accumulation of scientific data with a touchingt dynamic.
