SEVERAL OBSERVATIONS CONCERNING THE ROLE OF THE FISCAL POLICY IN THE PRESENT ECONOMICAL-SOCIAL CONTEXT
Abstract
Fiscal policy is the tool which is used by national governments to influence the direction of the economy, generally with the goal of promoting health economic growth. Fiscal policy is also used to influence social conduct and the distribution of wealth, to promote the growth and stability of economic activity. In economic terms it involves a compromise between the objective of maintaining fiscal sustainability and the longer term objective of preserving and developing the country's economic infrastructure, its human and social capital.The papers published in the journal are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License, which permits unrestricted, non-commercial use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the work is properly cited.
