Abstract


The growth of Cattle has always represented a base sector in the field of modern agriculture, through the products they offer, bovine and especially taurine assure the consumers need for products of primal necessity, with a high biological and nutritional value, thus adding value to the way the entire population of earth lives. Also the exploitation of bovine assures raw materials for the alimentary and pharmaceutical industries.
