Distribution of the Soil Moister in Chinteni Area using Principal Component Analysis

Abstract

In this note was studied the soil moisture distribution at different depth and sites using theprincipal component analysis and SixPack free software. This method provides information used toemphasize the principal component of the soil moisture that allows characterizing all other soil moistersamples at different depth and sites using principal component obtained following the singular valuedecomposition of the covariance matrix for the matrix that organize the initial sets of measurements.
