THE CONTAMINATION OF PORK MEAT WITH CAMPYLOBACTER GERMS DURING THE TECHNOLOGICAL FLOW

Abstract


There were analyzed 32 faeces samples and 93 organ samples (liver; kidneys; spleen) coming from the slaughterhouse. The samples were bacteriologically; biochemically and morphologically tested. There were isolated 16 strains C. coli and 3 strains C. jejuni from the faeces samples; 29 strains C. coli and 14 strains C. jejuni from the organ samples
