WHEAT MOLECULAR AND BIOCHEMICAL ANALISYS
Abstract
In this paper are shown the results regarding electrophoretic profiles of some autumn wheat genotypes and their kernel protein content. Based on this results there were established the valuable genotypes for bread making.
