SEROLOGICAL STUDY OF SALMONELLA DUBLIN CARRIAGE IN COWS IN KHENCHELA, ALGERIA
Abstract
L'objectif de cette étude est d'estimer la séroprévalence de S . Dublin chez les vaches saines de la région de Khenchela et d'identifier les facteurs de risque potentiels pouvant être associés à la présence d' anticorps S. Dublin. 194 sérums de vaches provenant de 35 fermes ont été testés en utilisant un test d'immunosorbant indirect lié aux enzymes (ELISA) et les résultats ont montré une prévalence de 9,23% (18/194, IC à 95% 5,17-13,29). Le modèle de régression logistique indique qu'aucun des facteurs testés n'a été associé de manière significative à la séropositivité S. Dublin. Nous avons conclu que S. Dublin circule dans les élevages bovins de la région de Khenchela en Algérie. De plus, nous recommandons la mise en place de pratiques d'hygiène et de mesures de biosécurité dans les fermes pour réduire la propagation de l'infection et l'utilisation de la vaccination chez les animaux et les personnes à risque.Copyright (c) 2021 Djamila hezil, Hassen Benseghir, Sara Zaidi, Radja Zineddine, Nawel Zaatout, Amine Msela, Farida Ghalmi
