THE STUDY OF THE LANDS REGISTERED IN THE LAND BOOK FROM THE CENTRAL AREA OF CHINTENI LOCALITY, CLUJ COUNTY
Abstract
The paper studied an area of interest belonging to Chinteni locality, Cluj county, from the point of view of the urban and extra-urban land surfaces, respectively of the constructions registered in the Land Book. The image of the photogrammetric flight was taken from the Google Earth Pro program, with the geographical coordinates, which were transformed into 1970 Stereographic coordinates through the TransDatRO application. Using the ArcGIS program, we highlighted the chosen area in cadastral sectors, buildings and plots to which we assigned the corresponding categories of use. Following the data processing, the attribute tables were analyzed regarding the total number of registered property bodies in each sector, the owners who own them, the categories of use and the cadastral numbers. Following the analyzed data, it is observed that in the studied area the percentage of tabulated buildings (250696,382 m2) is higher than those not tabulated (131151,732 m2). Cadastral numbers were assigned using a sporadic cadastre, also the constructions under study are positioned in sector III (3 constructions).
