Abstract
This paper is a result of a work of systematization some of the most relevant aspects of the activity of fighting against the phenomenon named “black labor” – meaning an employment without legal documents. In makes an introspection on the activity of the specialized institutions on this field, summing the values of fees and of the penalties on the last year.The papers published in the journal are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License, which permits unrestricted, non-commercial use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the work is properly cited.
