TWO DECADES SINCE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SOCIETY FOR ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURE
Abstract
The Society of Ecological Agriculture was set up in the presence of founding members two decades ago (on 3rd of September 1993), on the initiative of some teachers from the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca, in collaboration with researchers from institutions and agricultural research stations from its area of influence: SCDA Turda, SCDP Cluj-Napoca, SCDP Bistrița, INCDCS Brașov, SCDVV Blaj, SCDB Târgu Mureș, SCDA Livada, SCDA Oradea. The Society of Ecological Agriculture acquired legal personality through the civil sentence no 30 C/1997 (public meeting from 13.01.1997), of Cluj Court of Law. The civil department and the department of administrative appealing (file number 7378/1996), on the basis of the request registered on 10.12.1996 and with the consent of Ministry of Agriculture and Alimentation (through document no. 31143/16.12.1996).
