The functioning of psychosomatic families
Abstract
The systemic approach sustains the existence of some types of family organizations which could be tied up to the appearance and maintenance of the psychosomatic syndrome in a child; and likewise it emphasizes the fact that children`s psychosomatic symptom has a specific role in maintaining the homeostasis of the family.
