Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the capabilities of an integrated system and the possibilities offered bythis in the landscape design process. Were approached a number of aspects regarding the issues involved in thelandscape design and how it can be solved using an integrated system. The research methods used are: the literaturereview, practical analysis of the main features of the system through its use in the landscape design. Thus we analysedthe behaviour of the system in the landscape design of diverse sites as the location, topographical features, size, natureof landscape planning, data provided by the customer or obtained by designer trough specific methods. The resultsdemonstrate and support the complexity and power of this system and the fact that its use in landscape design is aneffective solution covering extensive requirements specific to landscape architecture and an easy tool to use, involvinglow cost.
