IN-SITU HIBRIDIZATION FOR DETECTION OF REPLICATION OF PORCINE CIRCOVIRUS TYPE 2 IN PIGS WITH POSTWEANING MULTISYSTEMIC WASTING SYNDROME
Abstract
Porcine circovirus 2 (PCV2) is now recognised as the causal agent of postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS) in pigs (Allan and Ellis, 2000; Kennedy et al., 2000; Bolin et al., 2001).
